PROGRAM AGENDA

ISDA has published various documents as part of ISDA’s ongoing initiatives to facilitate EMIR compliance. This conference will provide an overview of the compliance challenge, looking specifically at remaining areas of uncertainty as we approach mandatory clearing effective dates, and examine the suite of documentation developed (and in development) by ISDA to facilitate members’ compliance. It will also touch on issues related to margin for uncleared swaps, as well as the EMIR Review, in particular the scope for changes to the framework for requirements that have proven to be particularly onerous and complex for regulators and industry alike.
