Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II/Regulation

Implementing the New Regime

Wednesday, April 5, 2017
The Westin Sydney

The revision of the original Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, MiFID II/R, will effect a radical overhaul of the structure of derivatives trading in Europe. Planning and preparing for MiFID II/R is a huge task – a task that will gather pace during 2017. This conference offers an ideal opportunity to understand the implications for market participants and the financial system, examining the detail and reasoning behind key MiFID compliance requirements in areas as diverse as reporting, trade execution, post-trade automation, commodities and client clearing.
